2. DISCLAIMER:

Streaky Ltd cannot and does not guarantee results with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. However, we do guarantee your satisfaction with our training. We offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If you are not satisfied with the product and have not completed over 30% of the course, simply ask for a refund.

Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future success in the music industry. Streaky support is available Monday  Friday 10a.m. – 6p.m. GMT. We close for all government observed holidays. These policies and procedures applies to all Streaky products sold on this site or any other site owned by Streaky Ltd.

3. Returns and Cancellations

3.1 Digital Products

Our 100% money-back guarantee covers the price of the product only. To claim a refund, customers must contact our support team ([email protected]). Once a valid refund request has been submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. Refunds will be returned to the original credit card or mailed in check form to the billing name and address. For international orders, refunds will be returned to the original credit card, and for PayPal orders, the refund will be credited back to the PayPal account.

To receive a refund, the product must be returned within THIRTY (30) days of the original purchase. Returns received after the thirty-day time limit will not be processed.

Please note that you must have completed no more than 30% of the course for the refund to be valid.

3.2 Group Coaching Products

We understand the commitment you make when enrolling in our Group Coaching programs. Please be aware that refunds for group coaching products are not available. We are dedicated to providing valuable and transformative experiences for all participants. As such, we encourage you to carefully consider your decision before joining.

4. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, Streaky Services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Streaky may use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account if part of a subscription service.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that Streaky Ltd, including but not limited to its products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates, and the scripts and software used to implement its services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Streaky Ltd and/or its licensors. This material is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for the use of Streaky Ltd services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Streaky Ltd services may be reproduced in any form or by any means without expressed written permission from Streaky Ltd. You also agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Streaky Ltd services in any manner. Additionally, you shall not exploit the Streaky Ltd brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including by trespass or burdening network capacity.

Despite any other provision of this Agreement, Streaky Ltd and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Streaky products, content, or other materials comprising part of the Streaky brand at any time without notice. In no event will Streaky Ltd be liable for making these changes. Streaky Ltd may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Streaky Ltd services without notice or liability.

All copyrights in and to Streaky (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related training are owned by Streaky Ltd and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. The use of the training or any part of Streaky.com, except for use of Streaky.com as permitted in this Agreement, is strictly prohibited and infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. This may subject you to civil and criminal penalties, including possible monetary damages, for copyright infringement
